Crystal Clear the Game!

Ads by AdGenta.com

So where did the time go? Well it went to some trainings and a freak happening in the rain that left a  tree better off than the left side of my car and then there was that darn Tsunami watch . Erring on the silly side of caution (since Crystal Clear it never arrived) I decided if it was going to hit  at like 12:30 I would rather just drive away right then and watch it from the condo in Waikiki then to have a siren go off and try to high tail it out of here... We are walking distance to the beach and in an evacuation zone. So time has also been spent with the boys doing some puzzles. We discovered Nethan has an amazing knack for them and so Bryceton and I have also been doing some more challenging puzzles with Nethan nearby. In that mode let me show you I learned of a game called Crystal Clear over at Jay is Games and here is a link to the game Crystal Clear. Other things are picking up and I am quite busy in a very very good way. This week's vlog entry was going to be about what I know and understand about Tsunamis but hey...it has become more clear to me over the past week with virtually no computer that I do much better with more sleep and less computer...

Crystal Clear someone is pretty brave...

...in handing me a spare set of keys to this blog!  muahahaha

Hi Crystal fans, I'm Beth from My VRWC and I'm here to give Crystal a hand while she's busy with the big move!  She must be desperate for help if she asked for me, 'cause I've been known to let a few zingers fly from time to time.  hehehe  If you don't already know me or my blog, well, you suck you will soon.  ;-)

Guess what though, I really don't have shit to say today.  My own blog is feeling so neglected that I had Eric from Vince Aut Morire toss up a few of his posts at my site!  Anyone wanna fill in the blanks at his site now?  (just kidding)

So, uh, how's the weather?

OK, I can do better than that.

Let's play a game.  Until I can get back to this tomorrow, I'm giving you all an ASSIGNMENT.  That's right, I'm bossy as hell and I expect compliance.  But you'll like this, I'm sure.

One of my favorite fun-bloggers, Michele Agnew, has this "meet and greet" comment game that I use at my site on occasion (ripped with Michele's permission, of course).

How to play:

  • Leave a comment here that says hello.
  • Now, go visit the person who commented above you and say Hello, Beth (or Crystal Clear)  sent me.

Please play along.

Note to the first person commenting: go to Michele's blog and say hello (since this is her baby), or just say hello here to Crystal and me.

And YES, of course you are invited to play as often as you wish.

Come on, y'all, you might find some new blog you like!

Note To Self:Keep This One Away from Jeff

Back during the Winter Olympics Jeff of Fej's Blog introduced me to Yeti Sports
and I bit hook line and sinker for a few weels. Although I have many OCD symptoms, I actually am pretty stinky at  any type of video game and so I usually don't have too hard a time in calling it quits for a night. That all might change now with this one called  Reverse ...

Crystal Clear This is No Game To Play Let Alone Lose

Map_2I know I had heard or read about this a while before I blogged about it, but it just really upsets me to see things like this and people acting like this is actually news and that something shouldn't have been done a long while ago...say like September 12, 2001 or actually even earlier.... Ok, back to "Game Day" with Bryceton. We agreed on a brief snack break. So far we have played Speed, Mouse Trap, Lord of The Rings for the GameCube, and I have multi-tasked 2 loads of laundry in there as well. Later this afternoon he is off to a slumber birthday party. So then, Nethan and I will get each other  for some 1:1 Mommy time. I just realized my title really makes sense for Terri Schiavo but  will be back for my Blogging For Terri entry later...and most certainly will be tuned to CNN to watch the interview with the Schindlers which I just now learned about..

Why I Think the Guvernator Thought He Could Help

Ok, it is Crystal Clear I have spent more than enough time today amusing and distracting myself from the clutter chaos in my home. Before I go off to make Fly Lady proud, please allow me to offer up a  thought that might just make you chuckle.
I am largely crazy about Ahhnold, California's Gubernator...I was just thinking about his State of the State address the other night  when a memory came to me....When he was running to oust that whore Grey Davis, I remember answering a colleague, who asked how Ahhnold could possibly think he could be a successful Governor, with the answer  Ahhnold must have been playing and winning at
Bryceton and I also have a blast with this game. I sometimes use the opportunity to work with Bryceton on the skills of thinking and forethought. Can't you just imagine Ahhnold sitting down and playing this game at the computer with Maria and his kids in the background hanging out ?

My Version of the Olympics

Until the opening ceremonies were actually happening I honestly had no idea it was even an Olympic year. Yes I know I should probably be embarassed or ashamed to be so out of the loop but I just have no interest and actually could go off on quite a rant about all that is very very very wrong about the Olympics...Instead I will share Yeti Sports with you. I found them on Fej's Blog and they really are quite a hoot in addition to being able to suck an hour out of you before you even know it...Clearly I should have followed Jeff's example though and made Bryceton's lunch for the first day of school before I started playing...Guess I just send him with a Lunchable since I still have to clean up dishes from dinner and get the video camera and digital camera ready for the First Day of 2nd Grade footage...
